I am going to look at this place soon. This is what I can tell you now. It is 160 acres and it will be myself and one other. It will be bow only till after Thanksgiving. You will have to feed year around. Protein from Feb to Sep and corn the rest of the year. Year around access. Water and electric for camp. No guest except wife and children and they shoot off your allotment. We can come to an agreement for spring and summer guest for hogs. I am getting clarification on the price. When I talked with them they said $1600. I didn't think to ask per gun or for the whole 160ac. So I will pin that done next time I talk to them. I am going to go look at it this weekend so I should be able to answer more questions Monday.
