    any lighting salesman here ?

    I am currently running GE-Q500-PAR56-MFL-120 VOLT-500WATT BULBS.
I am looking for a 300 watt bulb with the Par56 connection.
Can anyone recommend a source for the bulbs.

I am located just north of corpus Christi tex.

    Thanks

A 300 watt with a medium base is kind of a novelty in an incandescent. Sure, they were made, but were never common.

      Here is one:

If it is an outdoor lamp, that is going to be super hard to source.

If you are looking for one for indoor, you can find a fluorescent equivalent. Lowes and HD carry them. They are pretty big, like a small football.

Utilitech 65-Watt (300W) Spiral Medium Base (E-26) Soft White Outdoor CFL Bulb http://www.lowes.com/pd_46931-75774-...52_4294937087_

I was told that if i find the par56 bulbs that they should fit into our existing housings. They are for my church, about seven inch diameter with a two prong connection. Have 500 watt bulbs now but looking for 300 watt, led or other options.

CC electric may be able to help you out.

Get me a picture of the lamp. A manufacturer model number would be even better.

I'll see if I can help find a match

I have a lighting business in Austin and the par56 is a specific base not a regular screw in...1000 bulbs is a good site and in Texas. ..they'll have some options just search par56.
pm me if you like and I can find you some options as well
