Those files give it away, its a real mans pedicure kit. Way before those Dremel kits came out.

Keep looking there should be some preening hammers in there too.

That is what is pushing me away from it being a body repair kit. It should have the body hammers as well. I am thinking more along the lines of a leather or wood shaping/working kit and leaning more towards leather or maybe an upholstery kit.

There wasn't any hammers in the box but that doesn't mean they weren't kept somewhere else.
