    Pool fence

Any tbh member who installs pool fences? Not looking for iron, but the mesh type fence. Pool located in Granbury. Thanks

I think I can do this! Sign me up!

but in all seriousness, I know why you are doing it. Those 2 little ones are mobile now!

Do it yourself. My wife and I installed about 130ft of it around our pool last weekend. Turned out pretty good. Came in 12' sections. All you need it a hammer drill and a 5/8 bit.

Here's a pic of our handy work. Instructions call for 3" gap between sections and they provide a spring hook to hold the panels together at the top, but my wife wanted to overlap them instead.

We thought about the DIY, but didn't know if it was really they easy. I'm pretty handy so we'll probably go that route. Is that the life saver pool fence?

I think we went with protect-a-pool fence by GLI. I think it was the cheapest and they all seem to be pretty much the same. It seems pretty stout.

You can buy the panels pre-made and do it yourself. It would cost about a third of what it would to have it done

We opted for katch-a-kid safety net with leaf net that goes over the top. I'm glad I went this route.

Keep an eye out on Craigslist, bought ours for little of nothing and had a dude install it for $250 bucks.

The leaf net is awesome, from Sept to November I hated out pool just because of all the **** leaves.

                              Pool fence

                              Are they permanent?

I like the idea of the leaf net
