So we have 3 weeks left of the Arkansas deer season and I'm here with jfalcone8 to give it one last ditch effort. Neither of us have taken a deer this season. I've missed two decent bucks here in Arkansas and I'm ready to redeem myself. I'm posted up about 25 ft up in my Summit sitting on the edge of a section of woods that caught fire 2 seasons ago. I've seen lots of deer in this tree so I'm confident they will still be moving thru here. It's been 2 full months since I've been here and it's time to lay the smack down! Our camp has killed just under 20 deer this season with most of the kills coming from the youth. Not killing any giants, but we aren't too worried about that! Stay tuned! We are doing a midday hunt today because of the bright moon last night and all of the deer we saw coming up here in the side of the road.
