Same place you get those beam stretchers? (I only worked construction for 6 months 23 years ago and I still remember being sent to the tool house guy for a beam stretcher by my journeyman)

You may also need a left handed hammer.

Tell him to go to the auto parts store. It's on the same isle as the blinker fluid.

Lol! There's a company near Coleman that used to pack em with sand.Weld caps on the end,and bend square tubing..Not quite sure how they did it,but they created diamond B Bumpers that way..What I heard.

BTB, I know there is a place along the Hardy Toll Road named Houston Pipe Benders. Not sure they'll be able to help, but they might be able to get you pointed in the right direction

Encourage him not to use square tubing. Round pipe is the way to go when it comes to racing. Bending square tubing will cause it to become very vulnerable to bending very easily when in an accident.

A decent bender for 2.5" tubing is going to start out around $10k and up for repeatable bender. Why he wants a square tubing chassis is rather odd but to each his own but he's not going to buy one cheaply that's a fact. Entry level cheapo's stop at 2"s and they won't bend 2" very well.

Rookie Army 'chopper mechanics were always sent to tech supply to get rotor wash and flight line.
