I'm not a smoker but I applaud people looking for a safer alternative to cigarettes. It makes me laugh when people gripe about vapers, every vape smoke I've smelled was like air freshner. I don't doubt that its much safer than smoking and I'm sure big tobacco doesn't like vaping cutting into their profits. I say, if you like it and it gives you pleasure and its believed to be safe, go for it. Life's too short to worry about it.
Cool I'll try it out next time I get a tank and see what I think. Will the battery I have be sufficient, it's Aspire 1000 mAh 3.3-4.8V??
Not sure man I'm a newbie at this stuff! And I'm glad to hear you guys are tring it and having positive results with it! I was skeptical at first but it feels good walking out of a convent store with out spending 7$ on smokes a day
I smoked for close to 40 years in all
Smoked at least 20 Al Capone Sweets a day for 10 + year's.
Menthol cigs before that. and I inhaled both.
Bought a Provari vape and a Kanger tank.. Started with 16 mg of nicotine.
Every 4 months I would buy a new 120 mil bottle of oil called Royal Flush.
Tastes like Bourbon and coke.
Each time I would drop the nicotine down by 2 mg until I was using a 0.
I always purchased oils from the same local place who mixes in-house.
It will be three years this October since I put down the cigars.
Still crave them every now and then so I just take a couple draws on the vape and put it back in the drawer.
Had a chest CT done last September and doctor said my lungs looked great with no trace that I ever smoked.
Tried many thing before this, cold turkey a few times but within a month I was back smoking. Chantix gave me really strange and vivid dreams.
Patches did nothing for me, neither did the gum.
Not for everyone but for me it worked.
After 6 months of being smoke free I mailed my sister a complete set up and she no longer smokes after 40 years of a pack or more a day.
Sent my other sister one and she threw it in the trash.. said it made her cough.. She still smokes 2 packs a day and just was diagnosed with COPD.
As a respiratory therapist that deals with smokers on a daily basis and put people on vents because of smoking(COPD usually due to smoking) the jury is still out on vaping. I wish everyone well for putting down the cigs....but there hasn't been enough time to see what inhaling oil into the lungs will do to the lungs performance. I'm proud of those that have put the cigs down....but don't know if smoking oil is a cure. I'm not judging because I'm a dipper and have been for 30 years or so. There is just not enough evidence out there yet that I know of.

Really? I was born in the early 70s and don't benefit financially from vaping...can you show studies that aren't payed by the vape companies or oil companies? I've only seen these new vapes over the last few years. What do they say about inhaling oils or other ingredients ? Just curious.
