I can personally attest to the awesomeness that is Hips.

A while back I needed a replacement for my old Hips (one they didn't make anymore) and headed over to their new digs over by the AT&T center. Not knowing me from Adam, I was invited to see their entire process, got the full fifty cent tour and when I told them which target I was looking for Darrin showed me one he was testing a new heat shrink covering on (It only had about a half a dozen arrows shot into it) and sold it to me at a discount.
