Most wouldn't add the 4 horn in the mix, but me, being the 4 horn aficionado, that I am, see the 4 horn, in him. See the dark stripe that runs the length of his horn? Most likely he has two horns that are growing together. Not typical, but it still qualifies him as a 4 horn.
