I was punching around on the computer this a.m. and watching a doe and 2 fawns in the pasture at my feeder. I glanced back out there a little while later and the deer were gone.
Here are pics of what had taken their place under the feeder! These critters have been around here (on and off) for awhile, but more "off" than "on".
I had em coming in a few months ago pretty regular but my neighbor trapped several and I had stopped feeding so I figured they were gone.
I've had the feeder going again now for maybe a week and it looks like they may be here to stay.
If it weren't for the 13 piglets, I'd have walked down and taken a crack at em w/the Allegiance.
That feeder is FULL. And from the looks of it now (leaning), I'm gonna need to get down there and "stake it down" pretty quick like.
These pics were taken from inside the house, and the feeder is 200 yards away. That, along w/a less than "great" camera (and camera man) are the reasons for the poor quality photo's.............
