Anyone know how to build handrail out of logs? I have all the materials just looking for someone that knows how to do them

You can purchase a tenon cutter, I believe northern tool sells them. It is basically an extra large pencil sharpener. Cut the ballisters to length and cut the tenon on them. Drill an appropriate size hole on the hand rail and install. Once you have it the way you like you can then glue them in and mount to your stairs
