ColinR, that's part of the reason I got in this business. I didn't like the way most of the ones I knew were doing business. A lot of them want easy money. My theory is that if you take are of people then the money will follow. Sorry about your experiences! We aren't all bad. Haha

You are 100% correct.....we had a wonderful realtor in Houston sell our house and have had good realtors in the past. A good realtor is worth there weight in gold, a lazy realtor is just a wast of time and will do nothing but frustrate you.

Clayton. I work just south of San Antonio but do a lot of work in SA. Lost my ref. realtor in Dallas a few months ago, she got married and moved. Would be happy to help your clients if you would help mine. Actually my family has a brokerage here and we were all using the same lady up there for referrals. So I do have a few other brokers and agents that might might be able to help, or need help up there.
