I didn't know you were still on over there, the place I was on across the hwy we talked about shut the hunting off and its all been sold, sure was nice having 1k acres 5 minutes from my gate ..

Dang that sucks. Unfortunately as it grows out there and land prices keep going up it will happen more and more ( as you know ). The highway is literally splitting my lease in half. There are already markers where it is going to be. Of course the rest is owned by the developer so one day it will all be houses and pretty little yards.

Because of Tiger Woods developing the old golf course there's people buying and developing major tracts in that lease. It's sad...a few weeks ago a company came in and cleared about 20 acres down to dirt and put in some big driveways.

Tiger's place is on 1486, our's was off of Riley Road on 1774. We were between Riley and 1488 west of Magnolia.
