Stringbean...
I been picking my old banjo lately. My 7 YO boy loves to play with his Legos while I practice. He'll bring a box of 'em wherever I decide to go and says it sounds like building music. He also says it reminds him of hunting with me.
Well, I have been working on a piece of music called Cripple Creek. I decided to go on youtube and get some pointers from the pro's there. As I browsed the videos, I ran across a video of old Stringbean from Hee Haw (I know I'm aging myself). Man let me tell ya'! He sure was funny and boy could he pick a banjo in the old claw hammer style!
If you find yourself with nothing to do, look him up on there. It'll either knock several years of dust off your memories from back then or introduce you to the best thing on TV back in the day.
