Spypoint XCEL HD 2 Action Camera feedback?

Just wondering if anyone has been able to get some time in the field with one of these? Wife surprised me for Christmas but I am a little skeptical and reviews are limited. Thanks!

I had a spypoint it lasted 14 months had a 12 month warranty
