And the timber lease you won is called for example Team Texas Hunting Club?

I have e-mailed the timber company for clarification on leases named XYZ Hunting Club but haven't gotten a reply yet.

That's just the name they have on record for the tract.

Think I would try and find a local landowner and deal with them.

So, anyone else make an offer on the 108 acres in Warren? Just seeing if I'm up against anyone.

We hunt on a place in Corrigan , been on there 6-7 years now . Never really had any issues to speak of . There are several folks local on the lease which I see as a plus, if you can't beat'em , join'em !!!! Someone is always there checking on the place !!

I emailed the guy at Campbell that I have been over to see a few times. I had some questions on the tract I bid on. In the back and forth emails I had with him I was informed that there have been 23 bids on the tract I bid on. So I guess not everybody hates east Texas.

We have had a paper company lease in Cushing for the past 30 years in the 90's to about 2005 we had a lot of stuff stolen (feeders, stands wheels off IH Scout broken windows in the camp house) then after that nothing till about 4 years ago a feeder came up missing the only way I'll get off this property is if they run us off

Yes on the old place in Bronson. Going on a year now with no trouble at the new place.

I got an email the other day saying the bidding was being reviewed and I needed to reply as to whether or not I was still interested in the property.
