May be a dumb question, but TX game law says you're not allowed to bone out a deer until you've reached your final destination. How would someone bone out a deer before going into Arkansas?

Not sure how you would legally bone out a deer prior to entering Arkansas (legally). But- in Arkansas once you check a deer, you can final process the meat no matter your location. Checking is either online, by smartphone, or by telephone.
