I'm a healthy feller, according to the doc I'm too healthy lol. I'm 6'6" topping out at bout 340 (depends on what boots I gots on my feets). I'm looking for a not so tall tree stand ladder stand whatever they're called, the ones that lean against the tree . About 10 to 12 foot max, any suggestions or sick with a big pop up?

I switched all of my ladder stands to Rivers Edge Wide Relax. I can sit almost all day without the sore butt. They are 16, but you could leave a section out making it 12-13'.

Look at the 2 man ladder stands at academy. They have a weight limit of 450# and if you leave off the bottom of the ladder its about 12 ft.

I'm 6'3" and 300# so not as big as you but close enough. Get an extra cushion to sit on. That expanded metal is hell on the backside if not. I forgot mine and I'm sure it looked like I had grill marks for 2 days.

I ordered 2 more Rivers edge off ebay with free shipping two weeks ago for $180 each I think. The Big Mikes were about the same if I remember correctly.

You trust a tree that small to hold me up ? Man I need like a 20" pip split down the middle, I'm lookin for a tree to lean it against, not a yoapon

The ladder and platform are 30 inches wide. 12 ft to foot platform. It will go around up to a 30 in live oak. I use 3 in ratchet straps to hold in place. Takes three or four guys to get it up in place.

PS. I'm 6'1"". About 355 lb and it sure don't move when tied down good
