That's his gums that looks like tusk. If you look on the 4th pic you can see the hole and how the gum turns up where the tusk was.Comment

We caught a 550 pounder on the river around Seymour about 20 years ago with 3 dogs. We weighed him on the co-op scales. This hog was about 300 lbs bigger than anything we had ever caught. He had been castrated which told us he was a pen raised release hog and although he was pretty bulky, he was a lot easier to catch and tie than any of 200 lb wild ones. Big hog=big feed bill, not big accomplishment!Comment

That is one big boar. I have hunted and killed pigs since the late 80's. And I mean a bunch of them. I have never seen one that big. My biggest to date was about 1/2 that size at 420. And I thought 420 was a rare one.Comment
