Possible Hog light? Anyone used this

received this ad from Harbor Freight and thought it might make a cheap Hog Light with a little modification by adding a red filter or something. Have any of you ever tried this and if so how did it work.

They actually work pretty well. Half of the leds light up at dark and the other half light up when it detects motion. I mount them right on the side of the feeder and when a hog walks under the feeder they get brighter. Its plenty bright to see a hog walking around.

I left mine white, it takes about a week for the hogs to return to a normal pattern after putting it up.

can't soak for this one but I have their 60 led solar/motion and out works great.

Tried it, not worth the effort. It worked for a little while and then quit charging all together. It wasn't the solar panel, batteries crapped out.

As much as I dont care for elusive wildlife stuff, the feelite is actually pretty decent and has lasted a few years now. Well worth investment for it, battery, and solar panel
