    Shout Out to YETI

    Just wanted to publicly thank YETI & let everyone know how good they were to me this week. Somehow my husband lost the gasket to his 105. I look everywhere on Yetis website to order another one and only find videos on how to install. So I email YETI and they ask for my address to ship out a new one at no cost. They do not sell those gaskets, replacements are free. So thank you Yeti. Customer service was awesome. A+

        Yeti customer service is awesome. They have been nothing but helpful and easy to work with every time I have dealt with them

          Hopefully they will correct whatever is causing the gaskets to come loose......the best customer service is the one you never have to use.

            I called and told them I lost my 105 cooler and asked them to send me another one ! They didn't.

                Their customer service is great. One of my Yeti's developed a warped lid for some reason, so I called them up. Replacement one was at my doorstep in couple days. Pretty cool

                    This one came out after 4 or 5 years of hard use. Its been left open, used in salt water, been left with lots of moisture, then left to dry out in the sun when its not in heavy use. Definitely not griping about the gasket coming out.

                        Look if yall want to start bashing YETI get your own thread!! This is an appreciation thread.

                        On a side note gingib- this is the 2nd derogatory thing I've seen you post this week on different threads. Maybe go do something that makes you happy and come back when youre in a better outlook.

                          I've had my Brute full of ice, 2 bags I picked up in Virginia 2.5 weeks ago and......it still has ice!
