Bobby Merchant. Trophy Room Taxidermy in Bryan. The best work you will find around. The guy that does his birds is the same guy that does Palermos. About $250 a duck.

Beautiful widgeon! I shot a nice drake like that this year also, but ended up eating it because I decided to mount the gorgeous spoonie I shot that same morning. In retrospect, I should have saved both for mounting.

Great Widgeon!! Definitely not a pintail cross, but a nice mature widgeon! Personally, I would send him off to Birdman Studios. I can't help you with the Austin area, but I am sure some will be along shortly that can help.
