WHEW!!!!!! Man that hurts. Not sure what to think now, the arrow hitting the target is louder than the bow.

I dipped for 15 years and on July 2, I quit cold turkey. It has been hard. But I really, in my heart, wanted to quit and I am not going to give up on myself. Plus it made the wife happy to which has its other benefits

I use to dip when I was in HS and college. I too stopped cold turkey. It was tough for sure. I probably wouldn't have made it if it were not for the Big Red chewing gum....LOL!

It's now been almost 20 years since my last dip....and I'm glad I quit.

Kudos to everyone else that has stopped.
