Within the state yes.
US Post Office will ship.
But most do not know and have to make calls.

I believe it can thru USPS, but it must be declared as a firearm at the time of shipping.
Not 100% sure on this but believe it to be accurate

No problem with USPS if shipping in Texas. You do not need an FFL. Now the knowledge of the clerk at the post office is a different story.

AS long as it is within the state, yes. No FFL is required shotgun or rifle.

US POST OFFICE says yes but it must be broken down and open for inspection prior to shipping.
