I fleshed about 35 coons one year. Didn't get any more for them than for the green ones, so I stopped.
Don't think that helps you much, but TTT and good luck.

Good luck in your search.
I know a fella that does it but at his own shop in Red Rock. Split,salt and dry for $30 or $35.
