Here is a link to the owner's thread:

Also, if you go to facebook under the "customer forum" there is a ton of ticked off people commenting on the X-sight.

Really, it's just a lot of software issues. I feel like it's just a firmware update away from being awesome. They pushed this scope out too soon though IMO.

It's usable right now, although I'm a little concerned with the zero'ing issues. Turn off the scope your x/y coordinates say one thing. Turn it back on and they are different. When I sighted mine in I was absolutely hammering the bullseye at 100yards. Turned it off/turned it back on and shot 3 more rounds that were low 3" right 3". Not happy about that.

I actually had to return mine back to ATN for a replacement because the mount was drilled in crooked at the factory. First shots were 6-7ft left of target at 50 yards Should've been caught in QC at the factory IMO.

Thanks Jeff. I have an ATN Gen 1. But it is heavy, and tired of switching back and forth to hunt day then night then back again. looking forward to hearing back after the weekend.

Good luck and Kill Something with it!!!

The x-sight will never be considered light by any means

I haven't received the new one yet. The daytime mode in the x-sight is great. 1080p resolution and I've got some good video with it. Works great in low light conditions too.

Version .200 firmware was what was on my old one and it still had issues with flickering in night mode, crosshairs moving around, when you zoom the crosshair will go completely off the screen. It still has some bugs for sure, but I hear there is another firmware update coming out any day that will solve all these issues. I sure hope so.

Gen 1 weight is 7.5 Lbs. Very hard to shoot off hand. Looking forward to hear more about it.

Buddy of mine bought one. We tried it out at the lease last weekend. I wasn't impressed at all with the night vision. I could see just as good with my Vortex binoculars. I bet they will get better, its just a lot of software issues to work on. My concern is how well the electronics can handle the repeated shock from shooting over time.
                          And it is pretty heavy.

That's surprising about the nightvision. What IR illuminator were you using?
