But with the amount we are having, is a bigger one on the horizon??
When you shoot Bowtech bows all day long, It takes a pretty good quake for me to take notice!

6.8 certainly got my attention back in 64.

We had a pretty good spell of Quakes when lived in Arkansas in 2010. The largest was 4.7 if memory serves correct. I was in line at Subway when it happened. I swear it felt like someone rearended my vehicle.

My cats and my black lab new before I did when one was about to hit.

In our area, natural gas production was booming and they were injecting the fracking byproduct water back into the earth. We all suspected it was the cause of the increase in seismic activity. They were ordered to stop the injection wells, and the quakes just kinda went away.

I was in bed about to go to sleep when one hit. It is the weirdest thing to try to describe, the sound traveling in your direction and the hit and as it passes.

My dad was in one in a high rise hotel in California one time. He said the water was sloshing out of the swimming pool and a big pane of glass just shattered in the hotel. He said he got on the first plane out of there he could get on.

It appears that there is only one operating horizontal well within 1.5 miles of old Texas stadium. Other than that it appears the closest cluster of wells is on/around the DFW Airport property which is a long way from that location.

Oh and....I thought it wasn't fracing but SWD wells that were theoretically causing the quakes. At a glance I don't see those anywhere close to the old TS

Where is the waste water from the wells being injected?

There is a fault line running through the active area.

Don't know where it's injected but another 3.1 overnight. I know these aren't the biggest and nothing near loss of life but is it a sign of something bigger coming?? 2012 all over where the end is near? Y2K? The big bang?
