No, net yet. HB 1895 is a proposed bill by Rep. Jonathan Stickland for the upcoming session. There are a few open carry bills but I believe only 1895 addresses Constitutional Carry.

Nope, not in session yet. Bill has been amended after filing to change some of the wording.
