Dehydrator/ jerky ?

Do yall think it will hunt anything to put parchment paper on the rack of my dehydrator to keep the jerky from sticking? I am making squirt jerky today.

It will greatly restrict the airflow. I wouldn't do it. I tried some plastic deals from hobby lobby for knitting with smaller holes and wasn't impressed with just that change.

I just don't want it to stick, but I understand where you are coming from.

What about spraying the trays with non stick spray?

You can spray the rack with Pam and it won't stick....
