Congrats. Anything helps. My wife and I haven't seen a payment since Aug 2013. From my dealings with the AG, they can do little to enforce payments and if they do collect anything, there is a significant delay (at least a month) before they pay out any money they collect. On top of that, they charge the mothers and dads that receive the payments to collect the money.

I know there is a lot they say they will do, but we haven't received more than $500 each year for the past 8 years, and out of that, we have to pay a fee for them to collect. There have been several years we didn't receive anything. Even though the wife's ex is 14k behind, he still has yet to be arrested or held accountable. They did keep him from being released from a half way house one time until he paid $500, but we haven't seen a dime since then. We will get any tax return he may see, but hard to claim taxes when you work under the table so you don't have to help support your kids.

Props to all those dads that help support their children, even if they don't live with them, and still do everything they can to be part of their kids lives.
