Who in the hell would spend the $ for a Yeti Hopper?????

Christmas morning I thought my wife spent $300 for a soft sided cooler when I opened up my present from her to me. I got my first Yeti cooler from my wife and girls. I made the comment that I was too cheap to spend $300 buck on any cooler and especially a soft sided cooler but now that they gave it to me I told them "I love it".

Then the rest of the story: My wife told me when she called me last week to get my credit card number and code for a gift, it was my gift she needed the card for. She said "See you are not too cheap to spend that much on a cooler because you just did it"!

Now I have to go buy an Igloo to store this thing in so no one breaks in my truck to steal my Yeti!!!

I don't have one yet. I have a 65 qt and two tumblers though. They were worth every penny so I would definitely consider buying one if I had $300 dropped in my pocket all of a sudden!

They look pretty nice but $300 for a softsided cooler, not this guy. Probably wouldn't buy one. I might I guess though if I had a big enough need for one.

My wife bought me one for my birthday and I love it. I'm extremely cheap so it took her to buy it. We also have 3 Ramblers and a 65 tundra. Luv them all!

Got one for Christmas too. Great coolers. Oh and my 45 kept ice for days for meals with family the past three days. I'm hooked.

I have a Yeti Roadie 20 and got a 75 for Christmas. I was elk hunting last week and my Roadie kept beer ice cold for 6 days and the ice did not melt completely until late in day 6. Great coolers but both were gifts as I would have a hard time dropping that much coin on a cooler.

I have a Yeti Hopper and it's awesome. Worth every penny they cost.

Now you have to carry it up the mountain full if ice and drinks to see if it works like in the commercial. Just kidding. But that commercial does make me laugh.

                        Wish I had one

Boss gave me one for a bonus. I wouldn't spend the money on one tho!

I have an American made version of it made by Brute that costs a whopping $75

I'm sure the yeti one is good but no way I could pay more for a soft sided cooler than I did for my 100qt

I would like to say "not me" but I have learned better. I said "not me" when their $350 coolers came out...I own one and love it. I said "not me" when their $30 & $35 cups came out...I own two and gave them as gifts this Christmas.

I think I am safe in saying I will never buy one of their buckets though.
