ThruNite TN12 is a good one to go with. my buddy showed me his last night and I was very impressed.1050 Lumens with 5 different settings, and for only $50 you cant beat it. Plus you could carry it for your EDC.

I been looking for a good/cheap flashlight. I had the med Coast from Walmart and somebody nabbed it out of my truck side pocket.

i highly recommend the Streamlight Strion, its rechargeable, 500 lumen, its compact and everybody that's handled it wants it, Amazon sells it. I use mine pretty regular and I haven't charged it since August. Its good stuff, you only have to buy one and your done.

All I will say is that light will not match the lumens or the run times they list as it is not possible. I make led lights for a living so I have a little experience. Sure the light is bright but not near as bright as they list. By the way if your using two CR123a batteries in that light your wasting your money. Get yourself two 18650 batteries and a charger and you will save a lot of money. Your run times on one 18650 battery will be longer then two CR123a batteries.
