The timber company must have taken a break for Christmas. They have been logging the area all around my stand all season. Needless to say the deer weren't happy. After 10+ hunts seeing zilch, a big doe walked out this morning. Not even going to attempt to get a buck this year. Between the timber company and the fact that the rut is pretty much over and we haven't seen a shooter at all even on the cams, they'll can just grow bigger for next year.
