    My Double Main Beam Buck

I shot this deer last weekend at my buddy's ranch. Yes, it was a high fence place, but I'm very happy and proud to have been able to shoot such a beautiful buck. Any guess on the score????

Dang! Guess on score? I don't even know how to score a double beam buck... How many mass measurements?

                    How many beam measurements?

Where do you start measuring that beam... Or is it a point?

If it's a beam do you measure the total mass of both beams on that side?

And what about greatest inside spread? Where does that measurement come from.. I've got ton of questions...

So I ain't gonna even try to guess... He's big. I'd be very proud, and I'd be smiling bigger, regardless of the size of fence! Congrats.

High fence places crank out some huge bucks.

All mass measurements come off of the main beam with the "branched" tines. The second main beam is considered a extra tine, I guess you would say. The final tape on him was 177 B&C gross. He has two small kickers that yall probably can't see for a total of 13 pts.
