Syncable Scheduler

I need some help, we have been running a Excel spreadsheet for my schedule and I can't edit it when I'm not at the shop. I need something that I can change on the go and it automatically send to my crew guys. What Scheduling software/app do you use? Is it sync able from computer to crew phones?

Microsoft outlook

We have outlook but have had tons of problems syncing with the guys phones. Its also a pain having to send each guy an "invite" threw email in order for it to go on their schedule because the schedule changes so often.

This is not for personal use Calender, its more of for a Schedule that changes several times a day for several crews.

Well that sucks bud. We have used it with the agency I work for and it has worked really well. That being said we also have an IT department that is pretty good so that helps a lot.
