Whats the best vehicle electronics converter?

Just needing something that will charge a laptop, cameras, etc

Im running a F150 that doesn't have the preinstalled converter.

For $10 you can get a 12v converter that plugs into your cigarette lighter and powers a USB cord. They sell them at nearly every truck stop and gas station. From the USB cord, you can power/charge nearly anything these days. It's never been more convenient really.
