Smoked oysters, smoked venison links - cut them thin and pull the outer skin, cans of tuna with hot sauce, grilled fish strips, fish and or shrimp ceviche, grilled fajita strips eat them as is without tortillas.....supplement this urge with quality and tasty pure protein. This is how you over come the urge.
