Any kind of chip. I like veggies and fruit. But I know I don't eat enough of them. Tortillas oh gosh I eat them everyday.

Carb cycling diet may be a good option to look at, all healthy carbs. But it's not for the gluten free folks.

Made it through college on nutter butters and dr pepper. If you figure out how to stop the cravings let me know please.

I get the low carb tortillas from walmart. They have 3 net grams of carbs per tortilla. I eat them with some protein (ham, chicken, hamburger patty) with some spicy mustard, a piece of cheese, a hot dill pickle (dell dixie is the bomb!), and a few veggie chips from HEB. HEB has some really good veggie chips. I also like the apple slices with peanut butter. High protein and low carb has helped me lose 70 lbs in the last two years and I feel great!

Almonds are a good go to.

Never tried it before, but I've heard of putting peperonis in the microwave to get them crispy like chips.

These! They're great with guacamole! Atkins friendly.

Have you tried freezing them before you eat them? It is awesome.
