    Hardeman County Lease. PM me for info

    I just found it on my lease locator site. posted on 12/20.
    320 acres for 4 guns. 1250 a gun

    holy crap, that country can not stand that hunter density.

    Not piling on you, more so the landowner. There is a reason quality has been going down in the panhandle over the past 10 years, and this is it....

            Agreed. Might still be a good deal if you can afford to get it locked up with only two guns, but I wouldn't do more than that. Even that is stretching it for that country unless it is surrounded by large, low pressure neighbors.

            Unfortunately, it may have been leased at 4 guns for years prior. Foard/Knox/Hardeman got popular because there were big mature deer from years of hunter density being measured by the section. Now they're leasing that stuff out at 80 acres per gun and wondering what happened to the deer.

              Exactly.....

              When our 800 acres was low fence, we could kill 1 trophy and 1 cull/management deer each year and be fine.
