    Back from being Shanghaid

    Was enjoying my time on the GS and the live in Chinese Chef/Maid/Massuese came running in mumbling something about chicken. Finially figured out she had some chicken thighs she wanted me to marinade in my not so famous marinade so I could smoke grill them tomorrow.

    Gotta keep everybody happy so mixed up a batch:

    ! cup soy sauce
    3/4 cups vinegar
    1 table spoon jabenero hot sauce
    1 table spoon onion powder
    1 table spoon garlic powder

    Poured it into a zip lock back with 5 chicken thighs.
    will let marinate until tomorrow then grill 25 minutes per side.. I do it in a brinkman smoker with the lid on. Yummy!!!!

    Pretty much a take off of Chamorro style chicken.
