The file bar isn't on the browser window...it's at the very top of the display. But I'm using a Mac so it may be different.

it is different, what is in my pic is all there is. from what i see i can not set Chrome to "always" open Incognito but i can open a new window that way if i want too.

with firefox or other browsers i can hit a setting and have that file bar "always on top" but not with Chrome via Windows 7

On chrome to open a new incognito browser you can also use CTRL+SHIFT+"N" keys to bring up a new window in incognito. Thats how i Christmas shop lol

Tbh is better than google...morphed into how can i go incognito on google ? Faster than you can say google chrome...priceless!!!
