I have used Magnus Stingers, and Slick Tricls wit great success. My son shot 2 bucks with his 40 pound compound when he was 12 with Magnus and had complete pass throughs on both. They are easy to tune if you make sure your arrows are squared with a G5 arrow squaring tool. Slick Ticks work great as well and fly like my field points. I am shooting a New Breed eclipse around 290 FPS with GT 55/75 at 28 inches.

No practice head. I usually shoot at least once with one before a hunt that's upcoming. They're all gonna fly the same within tolerance.
