    Not needed of you leave the gig where he drops. As soon as you make a move to recover it, you will need a license. Just pay the $13 and don't worry about it

        This! Let me add. Nuisance means on your land harming your livestock or crops that are your livelihood. If they're rooting and making it hard to mow, you need a liscense.

          What most agree on. Plus, You can check out the Texas DNR`s site. If your hunting, you need to know the regs.

                  Nowhere in the book does it state that you must leave them lay. If it does, please post the link up for all to see.
                  If the LO is telling you to kill the hogs cause they are tearing his place up, you can kill as many as you want, keep all the meat you want, and don't need a license to do it.
                  Now, with that said, the guy would probably be better off to just buy a license. It's only $25 and if he is 65 or older, then it's only $7.
