    Sausage making question

    Guys I plan on making some sausage and wanna add cheese, am arguing with my buddy I say let's use high temp cheese and he says just use regular cheese like slice cheese so you experts what's better?

    Use high temp cheese...I REPEAT...use high temp cheese....regular cheese will melt and be just like queso stuck in there!!

      Hi temp is the best, cubes of Sharp cheddar are ok, slice cheese as in craft singles???? UM NO WAY!

          If you can talk a Sonic out of a bag of their shredded cheese it works really well. Its somewhere between normal cheese and not quite like the plastic that high temp cheese is.

            Interesting....I would think they wouldnt wanna give it out

            I agree because I don't like the plastic non melting characteristic of high temp cheese

              A friend of mine owned one so we used their cans of jalapenos and bags of cheese. Made dang good sausage.

                  I'm not sure I'd want to be making sausage with anyone that thought sliced cheese was anything close to actually being cheese.

                          Ha ha ha... funny, but very true.

                          This isn't cooking a hamburger where you put a slice of cheese on it when you are done cooking. Cheeses that are not naturally high temp or made to be high temp, will just melt away and leave your sausage full of voids and your cheese will be down in the catch pan on your grill.
