Guys I plan on making some sausage and wanna add cheese, am arguing with my buddy I say let's use high temp cheese and he says just use regular cheese like slice cheese so you experts what's better?

This isn't cooking a hamburger where you put a slice of cheese on it when you are done cooking. Cheeses that are not naturally high temp or made to be high temp, will just melt away and leave your sausage full of voids and your cheese will be down in the catch pan on your grill.
