This was posted before. I still say I'll stick with what the bible says when it states men are the shepherd of God's creations. I'll also remember that God told us to "rise, kill, and eat"



As for animals going to heaven, I have no idea because I've never been. I'll try and let you guys know if I make it there

I overheard a conversation between an old deacon at our church and one of my friends when we were about 7-8 years old that made as much sense as anything I've ever heard. My friend was upset because his dog had died. He asked our preacher if animals went to heaven and the preacher told him no that they didn't have souls (I never liked that man before or since). As you can imagine, this upset my friend even more! After the preacher walked away, the old deacon came up and asked my friend a simple question, "if animals don't go to heaven, how are the angels going to ride down from heaven on horseback?"
