            I have a pic of one at lake tanglewood outside Amarillo. Everyone was saying it was a pig but it was a javi. I had no idea they got this far north.

              That's right last week I was in the same spot we put corn all the way to the blind and I shot one right in the head.

                      They have them at the Matador WMA. I haven't seen any there, but they always tell the hunters to make sure and not shoot them.

                      That's cool! My dad saw a bunch of them in the highway at the bottom of the Caprock on the back side of Caprock Canyons SP a couple years ago as well.

                      I saw a dead one on the side of Hwy. 351 right past Wal-Mart near my house here in Abilene 3 or 4 years ago. Maybe they're gonna be like whitewing dove and spread north like crazy too.
