What am I seeing?

OK...I know there are two deer in the pic. The one that is pushing (on the left) looks like a whitetail to me. Question is .... what is looking at the camera? This is in Menard and we keep getting pics of one...one axis, one fallow, one hog, etc. So NOW what do we have? LOL

I am torn between elk (supposed to be one in the area) or whitetail with wrinkles from being pushed. Just thought I would share and get some feedback as it is a strange photo!

Both are whitetail, the blown up view you can see that the deer, that is doing the pushing is a buck and his anlter goes across the top of the other deers head in front of his horns.

Two whitetails kind of locked up,oens antler going over the other ones head is what I see.
