    Camouflage Netting

Walking to my stand this afternoon I noticed the leafy camo netting I put up when the sun wasn't out flashing like a big flashing neon sign with this wind and the sun out. As the wind blew it back and forth it changed colors and looked like a flag tied to some lumber sticking out the bed of the truck. Went back to the truck and got a small fleece blanket to put behind it .

After taking the picture I noticed the top had a neon strip. So I folded it under and tied it off.

Maybe some flat black krylon. Take the shine away as break it up better. I prefer the burlap

The burlap smelled really strong so I bought the netting.

Yeah it does smell, but I don't think it's alarming to em. They'd get used to it

I think my fleece blanket worked. Had a coyote come in on that side, he left yelping, not sure where I hit him because at 25yds he jumped the string some. I'm going to look for him after the morning hunt. About 7:15am a pack of them started yapping back in the brush where he ran.

I like using burlap. I carry it in my pack and use it for a hasty blind. Have shot many many critters while hiding behind a piece of burlap, tucked tight into some brush. Leave it outside long enough, the smell goes away. I throw mine in the lake and drag it through the mud a bit when it's new, and let it air dry.

Good job on the turkey; and the blind looks great!
