pic problems

I just cant seem to figure out the picture thing. I do just like it says to post pics and upload. When done uploading it says done and goes to a blank white screen. Any suggestions?

1. Go advanced.
2. Manage attachments.
3. Browse to desired pic.
4. Upload
5. Close attachment window.
6. At body of post, click on paper clip above on tool bar. It should show your attachment. Click to insert into post.

CHeck your file size of pic to make sure it isn't to big.
