Dude, you seem to have an attitude for someone who isn't sure what they want. You are making something simple very difficult.
Craftsman have little bit assortments, as do Harbor Freight, Northern Tool, etc. You may just have to buy standard and metric separately.

Didn't mean to come off as ungrateful. I know exactly what I want. I want hex bits.

Finally typing "precision hex bits" got me closer to what I need.

Thanks. A lot of what I need is on that site. http://www.wihatools.com also has individual bits. Problem is, they want about $7 for each little bit. If that's the only way I end up finding these, I may have to pass.

FULL SET of what he is looking for may not be available. He may HAVE TO buy separate sets and contain them in say, a tray or drawer within a toolbox. They may not offer a FULL SET that comes contained on one strip or in one box straight from the manufacturer.
I have no idea how to post a link, but this is my weak attempt. It has a lot of the "silly bits" he doesn't want, but may end up needing some day. Then add on to that.

I was about to post wiha hex catalog. Would be an expensive way to go. Their screw drivers are fantastic though.

I googled "hex key insert bit set" and found a few things. They have the individual bits for about $6 a piece like you said, but I also found this. Scroll down to about page 30 or 32.
